Buying online can be tricky, which is why we offer a better returns policy than most brands! We proudly accept at least one return option for EVERY SINGLE ORDER within 30 days of your order date (excluding Gift Cards). A summary of eligibility per item below:

Returns for STORE CREDIT
Eligible for ALL ORDERS. The return must be lodged within 30 days of order date.
While most brands don't allow any returns for sale items, we do. However, for sale items bought with discount greater than 20%, a processing fee of $8.99 per item applies. This helps cover the free shipping, order handling and processing required for your sale order.
Returns for EXCHANGE Size/Product
Eligible for any order that uses less than 20% discount. The return must be lodged within 30 days of order date.
Returns for REFUND
Eligible for all full price orders and any order that uses less than 20% discount. The return must be lodged within 7 days of delivery. Processing fee of $8.99 per item applies. This helps cover the free shipping, order handling and processing required to refund your order.
Return SHIPPING Fees
If you selected the Free Returns option at checkout (AUS + US only), you won't need to pay for return shipping label. If you did not choose the free returns option at checkout, you will be required to pay for return shipping for any return method.
Shipping is non-refundable or creditable.
To be eligible for any exchange/store credit/refund, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags/hygiene stickers still in place. It should also be in the original packaging.
