STORE CREDIT (ALL ORDERS)
We proudly accept returns for store credit on EVERY SINGLE ORDER within 30 days of your order date. You can return orders for store credit even if you bought during a sale or with a discount code. To be eligible, your item must be returned in new condition with any tags/hygiene stickers still attached. For Sale items bought with discount greater than 20%, a processing fee of $6.99 per item applies.
REFUNDS
We offer refunds on all full price orders and orders that used up to 20% discount.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered. That means most orders using the welcome code or bought with discount codes less than 20% are eligible. Your item must be returned in new condition with any tags/hygiene stickers. A processing fee of $8.99 applies to each item refunded. Refunds do not apply to original shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for size/product on all orders that used up to 20% discount.
